At Tone Tec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tone Tec account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items back into their original shipping box or a secure mailer, including the packing slip and ensuring all protective packaging is intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
